Company Policy

All payments are due in full the week of the event. Accepted payment methods are Venmo, PayPal, Cashapp and Cash.

Weddings shall be booked at least 2 months in advance. To book, Sam's Tasty Treats requires a $100 deposit, which is non-refundable. The remaining balance shall be paid one week before the event.

Any wedding orders placed within 1 month of the wedding date shall incur a $150 up-charge for the rush order, IF the date is available.

Any changes requested within 1 week of the due date of your order cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.

If date changes are a result of COVID-19, we will gladly reschedule you and work around your time frame as long as the deposit has been paid toward your order. No refund of monies paid shall be given.

Sam's Tasty Treats is NOT responsible for any damage to the order after setup or delivery is complete. Thereby you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the order once it leaves our possession. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cake(s) or other treats. Cakes and treats can be heavy and require a study table with a room temperature not greater than 73 degrees F.

If flowers are provided by an outside source, we will place them for an additional up-charge of $45. Please note flowers are not a food product and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.

Sam's Tasty Treats products are made in home food establishment that is not licensed by the State of Oklahoma Department of Health. We follow all guidelines set forth by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry (ODAFF).

On occasion, we will photograph our cakes, and we reserve the right to use said photographs without compensation to you.

Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. It will be the client's responsibility to notify your guests of this risk. Sam's Tasty Treats is not responsible for any allergic reactions. The client MUST notify Sam's Tasty Treats of any allergens of your guests, wedding party, or self, in order to mitigate the risk of exposure as much as possible.

Any cancellation within the week of the due date will not be refunded.

Payment of the deposit will be considered an acceptance of the previous terms.
